Countryside Therapy Group Inc. offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Language Therapy to patients from newborn to geriatric.  Our staff is fully licensed and credentialed.  Once we receive the prescription from the physician, we will schedule the evaluation and therapy sessions.  We provide therapy for patients at home, school, daycare, and in our clinic.
